The Best CRM for Small Business

Customer Centric designed by Javier Cabezas from the Noun Project

Successful businesses, at any level, are rooted in building and maintaining good customer relationships. For many small businesses this can be as simple as a friendly conversation across the counter or as complex as saving a customer’s purchase history and giving them custom coupons. The more complete your customer profiles, the easier it is to market and engage with your clients.

CRM (Customer Relationship Management ) Software allows you to create and maintain relationship information for all of your customers quickly, easily, and more comprehensively than spreadsheets and mailing lists alone.

Use your CRM to:

  • Capture customer contact info
  • Track interactions with customers
  • Organize sales funnels and pipelines

These are features that all CRMs will have as core competencies. The specific needs of your business will determine what additional features and functionality you require. There are as many different flavors of CRM Software as there are ice cream (sales, social media, scheduling, chocolate, etc). While many features will overlap, the right CRM for your business will depend on your specific goals, needs and type of business.

Integrations and Add-ons

Aside from your specific needs, one key consideration should be the extended functionality of your product through integrations. If you select a CRM that cannot function with your current technology, you may end up with redundant lists and scattered profiles between any number of softwares. We will list some key integrations with each of the CRMs below.

We’ve separated these softwares from the rest for their quality, extensibility, and feature lists. Here are the best CRMs for small business:

If you use online and social media marketing as part of your advertising and marketing effort this one feature will save you a great deal of time.
